Welcome to Race Week!
Starting times will be posted as soon as we have received all the rating certificates from US Sailing to finalize classes.
Registration will be at Bayview Yacht Club, upstairs, on Thursday, July 14, from 12 – 7 pm, and at the Port Huron Yacht Club, outside on the deck, on Friday, July 15, from 9 am – 4 pm. In our efforts to be more environmentally conscious, we do not require the printing of a Boarding Pass to register.
Once all race requirements have been met and you have been approved to register, your docking zone location will be available on the Owner Log-in page on www.bycmack.com
. Please confirm the zone location once you have registered, as changing water levels have changed your assignment. Our harbor crew in green shirts will direct and assist you in docking upon your arrival at Mackinac Island. Please report to your assigned docking zone, and remember that we are allowed to raft in the Main Harbor.
The race weather briefing will be virtual this year and available on the BYCMACK website under the Competitors Tab, Official Board header, Weather Information. The Friday briefing will be available by 6 pm, and the Saturday morning briefing will be available by 8 am.
The Virtual Skippers Packet section on the BYCMACK website contains the information you usually find in a Skipper’s Packet. Please check this often, as we will add information until the race starts.
Official race merchandise will be available at Bayview Yacht Club on Thursday, July 14, from 12 – 7 pm.
It will also be available on the Island at the Mission Point Resort on
Sunday, July 17, from noon – 7 pm,
Monday, July 18, from noon – 6:30 pm,
and at the Island Awards Party on Tuesday, July 19, from 12 – 3 pm.
