As we begin the summer sailing season, we would like to remind competitors of several upcoming deadlines for the 102nd Bayview Mackinac Race.
Race Registration Deadline
Registration for the 102nd Bayview Mackinac Race closes on June 1, 2026. Entries submitted after this date will incur a late registration fee.
ORC Certificate Deadline
The deadline for submission of all rating requirements to ORC, including ORC Amended Certificates (Test Certificates), is June 1, 2026, at 1700 hours EDT.
Please note that a new ORC certificate must be submitted each year.
If you have any questions regarding the ORC application process, please contact the US Sailing Offshore Office at offshore@ussailing.org.
The Organizing Authority will import ORC Certificates directly from the official ORC website as they become available. Owners are no longer required to add their ORC reference number to their boat record.
