Bayview Mackinac Race Yacht Club Challenge

Four Flags will be awarded to the winning team: 
One for each boat along with a flag for the winning yacht club to display at their club.

• Yacht clubs will be allowed to enter as many teams as they desire.
• A boat may only participate with one team.
• There is no additional entry fee.

Teams will consist of three boats:

• One, Division I – Cove Island
• One, Division II – Racing
• One, Division III – Cruiser-Racer Classes

Points will be awarded based on a boat’s overall finish in their fleet.

The low point team will win:

• First place overall: 1.0 points
• Second place overall: 2.0
• Third place overall: 3.0

A boat that did not start, did not finish, retired after finishing, or was disqualified shall
be scored points for the finishing place one more than the number of boats entered
in the series. In the event of a tie, the team with the best corrected time in the
Division III – Cruiser-Racer Class will win the tiebreaker

All Yacht Club Challenge Teams must be submitted by 12:00  PM, Friday, July 17, 2026.
